The apartment-style suite my mother and I stayed in was in the perfect location for sightseeing in Athens. Gorgeously decorated in a sleek style, clean, and the owners are easy to communicate with. Definitely would stay again!

HOUSE RULES
- We’ll provide you with an online-form that you have to fill in in advance with arrival/departure details.
- Regular Check-in time is after 3pm (early check-in is possible based on the departure time of previous guests).
- Check out is until 11am (late check-out is possible based on the arrival time of the next guests).
- Luggage storage available for free in the building.
- Pets allowed under special agreement. Please inform us well in advance to talk about it (charges apply).
- Parties are not allowed.
- Quiet hours are from 3pm to 5.30pm and from 10pm to 7.30am every day of the year (state law).
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in all indoor spaces, even close to an open window. You may use the shared rooftop terrace any time of the day to smoke, bus still please be aware of your fellow travelers that may use the terrace at that time. At Penthouses P1 and P2 you may smoke out at their private terrace.

CANCELLATION POLICIES
- For refundable bookings you may cancel/alter for free up 3 days befor your arrival date (up to 3pm of that day) if you booked directly with us, or up to 7 days before arrival if you booked with another agent.
- Cancelling/altering after the above mentioned time-frames a cancellation fee of 100% of the rent applies.
- Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or altered in any given time after the booking is completed.
- You may transfer your booking (regular or Non-refundable) at any time to a third person.
