If you’re already staying with us due to high demand for transfers please send us your requests at lease 24 hour earlier.
Any changes to booked transfers should be requested with an e-mail at least 12 hours before the transfer time and within the remote reception working hours 10am to 10pm every day.
* Night-rate is considered when the passenger is picked-up and/or dropped-off between midnight and 05:00am. For instance, if you are picked up from the airport at 11:20pm and arrive at the apartment at 12:15am, that’s considered a night-rate. Similarly if you’re picked up from the apartment at 04:45am and dropped off at the airport at 05:30am, that’s also considered a night-rate.
